Frequently asked questions

To track your parcel, simply click here and enter the required information. You’ll need your order number, which you’ll find in your order confirmation email, and the date on which you placed your order. You will then be able to track the progress of your order in more detail.

If you have not received your tracking number, it is for one of the following reasons:

1) An error has occurred in your e-mail address, so you have not received your order confirmation e-mail containing your tracking number.

2) Your order confirmation email with your tracking number is in your SPAMS, or in another tab of your email box.

3) You may have deleted the order confirmation email, in which case it’s probably in your inbox.

In any case, if you don’t know your order number, please contact us using our contact form. Our team will send it to you as soon as possible!

If you have received your order with items missing, there are two possible reasons:

1) We have sent your items separately due to weight, size, or stock availability. Thank you for your patience, the remainder of your order will arrive shortly!

2) The remainder of your order has been lost by the carrier, in which case we invite you to contact us via our contact form.

In 90% of cases, missing products are delivered on average 3 to 7 days after delivery of the first item.

If your product is defective, please understand that we are very sorry. We will do our utmost to resolve this problem by exchanging or refunding your product as soon as possible. We invite you to send us an email via our contact form.

If the item you have ordered does not meet your expectations, you can of course return it to us. To do so, please contact our customer service team, who will tell you how to return it: Contact form.

Shipping & Ordering

When we receive your order, we prepare it within 24/48 hours. Delivery takes between 15 and 30 working days maximum. We do our utmost to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our products.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity and all deliveries are free of charge.

If you’d like to take advantage of Secure Delivery, which entitles you to 100% compensation in the event of loss or theft of your parcel, simply add Secure Delivery to the €4.90 price list at checkout.

A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?

With our secure delivery service, our store takes care of all disputes for you. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We assume full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense if the parcel has been lost by the carrier.

If you have not received your order within 7 to 30 days, we recommend that you contact us by email so that our team can quickly resolve the problem.

Deliveries to French overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) generally take longer (up to 2 months from the day of order) to remain affordable. But they’re done right. So you can order with peace of mind!

Cancellation & Return

If you encounter a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email. Our team will correct the error as soon as possible.

You can cancel your order without any problem. Simply send us an email. Our team will cancel your order and refund you as soon as possible.

If your item is damaged, or you simply want to return it because it doesn’t suit you, and you received it less than 14 days ago, simply send us an email. Our team will explain the return and refund procedure to you.

Paiement & Sécurité​

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Apple Pay, American Express, and many others. If you would like to pay by bank transfer, simply contact us by email. Our team will explain how to proceed.

If you have contacted our team to request a refund following a problem or cancellation of an order, and we have processed your refund, we will have written to you to inform you that we are proceeding with the refund.
