Return Policy

1. General conditions: When you purchase a product from The Wok House, you have the right to return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery if it does not meet your expectations or is defective. The product must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it and in its original packaging.

2. Right of withdrawal: As a customer of The Wok House, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The revocation period begins on the day you receive the product. To make use of your right of cancellation, please inform us by email to info@wok-group.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel the purchase.

3. Return Procedure:To return a product, please contact our customer service at info@wok-group.com for a return address and instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we have made an error in delivery.

4. Refund: The refund will be issued once we have received the returned product and inspected it. The refund includes the price of the product and the shipping charges paid at the time of purchase, but not the cost of the return. The refund will be made within 14 days of our receipt of the return, to the same method of payment used for the purchase.

5. Right of exchange: If you wish to exchange a product for another, you must follow the same procedure as for a return. Indicate in your message that it is an exchange and specify which product you want instead.

6. Claim: If the product is defective or does not correspond to the description on the website, you have the right to claim on the product. Please contact us at info@wok-group.com to initiate a claim. In case of a recognized claim, The Wok House will bear all costs, including return shipping.
